Shipping & Returns

Limited warranty on items covers electrical components only.

Our shipping agent is An Post. We strive to have your order processed and delivered as quickly as possible however we do not guarantee next day delivery. This is due to many circumstances including issues beyond our control such as misdirection of a parcel from the courier company. 

 If you are not satisfied with your goods you may return the items provided you contact us within 7 days of purchase to arrange the return. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, and a copy of the invoice must be provided. We will then arrange for a refund or exchange. Responsibility for all items remains with the customer until they reach us. The customer is also liable for any charges associated with returning items. Castlelack Canine Products will not take responsibility for items that fail to reach us by post. We recommend customers to register their items in the event of a return being made. 

 If you return an item which you deem to be faulty, include the original packaging and a copy of the invoice. Once your item arrives we will check its condition and contact you regarding repairs. Genuine faults will be credited in full. Returns will not be accepted after 28 days from the purchase date.
