- Pricing
All prices are shown in Euros and include VAT at the standard rate of 23%.

- After Sales Service
During the guarantee period (12 months) you can rely on our repair service. Return the item with a brief description of what is wrong and include your invoice and contact details.
- Liability
Castlelack Canine Products accepts no liability for loss or damage to property and accepts no liability for economical loss resulting from products sold by us.
- Special Orders
Items that are special orders (products not regularly stock by CCPDOGS) must be paid for when ordering. Special order items have handling charges of 25% if they are returned.
